I could get there by bus from the train station, but there was no breakfast; I felt the place was cold, the room was unfriendly, it was hard to find it, it was chaotic, and two people who happened to be there helped me.

“Schock und Enttäuschung”

Unfortunately nothing worked out—we felt cheated! The condition of the entire accommodation did not match the description or the online photos; we saw the two rooms we booked and were shocked and disappointed, so we immediately decided to find another place. Later we read reviews on Google and other sites and realized that the pictures and many five‑star ratings had nothing to do with reality, unless those conditions were better than our own living situation. We feel deceived and robbed, because this experience (for four friends) really ruined a relaxed vacation day. Besides the cost of the two rooms, we also lost 100 € for a guarded garage we had to pay for two days in advance.

“Muito Ruim”

Nossa experiência no Bari Rooms foi horrível. Havia uma infiltração enorme na parede do banheiro e cheiro de mofo. Além disso, o barulho de pessoas chegando e usando o banheiro compartilhado incomodava bastante, mesmo que o nosso quarto tivesse banheiro privativo. Condições de manutenção e tranquilidade muito abaixo do esperado. Não recomendo. Our experience at Bari Rooms was terrible. There was extensive water damage on the bathroom wall and a musty smell. We were also disturbed by the noise of people arriving and using the shared bathroom, even though our room had its own private bathroom. Maintenance and peace and quiet fell well below expectations. “Disappointing”

The photos on the site were not what we saw; they misled us and we couldn’t get a refund later. The bathroom was shared and dirty.

We were very happy with our stay. The hosts responded quickly and helped us with a late check‑in. Online check‑in was straightforward, with clear entry instructions. The place is great, just a short walk from the train and bus stations. Everything was tidy and clean. The large shared terrace is a nice touch, and the shared bathroom stayed very clean. I’d definitely recommend it! The rooms could use a small update, but overall they’re still very decent and comfortable.
