The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the rooms are big. There’s a big fridge in the room, and the pool is lovely and clean. Staff were amazing and very helpful to us. We arrived at 6 am on the day of check‑in and they let us check in for an extra 500 baht, which we were more than happy to pay. Check‑out was smooth and easy, and they kept our bags all day. They didn’t even mind it when we spent two hours in the lobby charging our phones before we left for the train station. They have a laundromat onsite and will change your notes for coins at reception. The gym is pretty run down and some of the equipment is actually pretty dangerous.

Cool oldschool hotel with a great gym and friendly staff, plus a shuttle to JJ mall and airport transfers for a reasonable fee. All good.

The staff were great and very helpful, but the hotel isn’t close to anything—every spot of interest requires a taxi, and nothing is within walking distance. I booked a double bed room but ended up in a connecting room of a different style.
