I was actually satisfied with the stay. The room was small but fine. For the low price I was content, as I’m not demanding. Unfortunately there seems to be a problem with BETTWANZEN; my whole body was covered in bites. Under these circumstances I can only recommend against the accommodation.

Excellent service, everyone was extremely kind to me and always helped with any little doubt I had. It’s also a very welcoming place that makes it easy to make new friends. A very good spot for sightseeing and getting to know a bit more of Santiago.

The staff were amazing, kind and thoughtful, and the place has a real charm; the price is unbeatable. There's nothing that you wouldn't expect from a hostel.
