The location was good, the neighborhood was safe to walk around, and there were plenty of transport options, a bakery, bars, etc. My single room, #10, with an en‑suite bathroom was very clean and tidy. However, there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling because a repair was underway and the mason hadn’t returned to finish it, so the wet wall made it impossible to use the bathroom light and I had to plug a lamp into the outlet instead. That wasn’t a huge issue for me, but over the next few days the rain in the city increased significantly and the wall began dripping a lot. Once the bathroom maintenance is finished, the room should be in perfect condition for anyone.

The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful, and the room was well equipped. I would suggest swapping the small stool for a back‑rested chair, which would give better comfort for those working from home.
