The bed was too soft because it was old, and the window unit made noise.

The location was great, but the price was high.

Getting there was easy from the highway, but when we arrived the staff was nowhere to be found for 15 minutes, and there was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom for the shower.

The location was great, shopping was close, the property was well maintained, and the front desk staff were courteous and helpful, and the cleaning staff were friendly. However, don’t use the laundry room; the non‑stackable machine makes clothes smell, so I had to re‑wash them and received no refund. Only the manager can issue refunds, not the front desk, and I haven’t heard from the manager because they weren’t on duty during my 4‑night stay. The room was musty, and when we asked for a change the other room across the hall was also musty. Dogs were allowed in the hotel.
