The hotel felt family‑friendly and typical, with a warm staff and good vibe. The lunch was very good. The room was a bit small, and the bathroom was also small, but it was clean and acceptable.

I recommend this hotel for a stop in the area. The staff were very pleasant. Dining on site was simple, good, and filling. We couldn’t try the pool during our October stay.

I didn’t want to write a review, but Booking (I’m a Genius member) explicitly asked me to. First, the room advertised (and paid for) as a suite was actually two tiny, decaying, smelly rooms joined together, with cracked walls, old furniture that smelled, stale air, and a conditioner that barely worked—sweating even when it was on! The pool, which looked huge in the photos, was really just a little basin (about 5 m × 3 m), with freezing, dirty water that produced unsettling bubbles when you jumped in, matching the water’s color—a clear sign of serious dirt. It was advertised as “indoor,” yet the area around the pool was so small you couldn’t sit or lie on the edge; you had to go outside if you were out of the water. We left immediately after seeing the state of the place (the first time in my life, despite years of traveling worldwide!). We asked for a refund, but it was denied! The owners wouldn’t listen even after I emailed, asking to discuss a partial refund, showing no understanding or goodwill toward an unhappy guest. Everyone should avoid it.
