Pousada Les Roches, situated in the picturesque Cuiabá Valley of Itaipava, boasts an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, and beach tennis, along with a games room, bicycles, golf, mini golf, whirlpool, dry sauna, ping pong, snooker, gym, home theater, gourmet restaurant, and massage room. Elegant Chalés offer garden views, while suites in the main house cater to guests with mobility needs.

The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The restaurant is also very good. The lodge has a lot of charm and very pleasant surroundings. The massage room is especially charming, well decorated and fragrant, and the masseuse was very professional. However, the lodge has a lot of potential and it’s clear that it was once a truly beautiful place, but some maintenance and conservation details spoil the experience. The bathroom mirror is heavily stained by leaks, the room TV is small and sits improvised on a shelf, and the massage room, though very pleasant, has a large leak in the wall right in the line of sight of someone lying on the bed. What bothered us most was the very loud noise of an old large fridge in the bar, next to the fireplace room and in front of the pool. We had to ask it to be turned off whenever we wanted to enjoy those areas quietly. For those looking for rest and tranquility, this makes a big difference. These are constructive criticisms, because I believe that small investments in maintenance and equipment could make a big difference and further enhance the lodge’s charm.

Nothing good! The experience was far below our expectations; the lodge’s structure was in poor condition and didn’t match the advertised standard; the room TV didn’t work and there was no Smart TV, which is basic for anyone wanting to watch a movie at night; the food was even more disappointing—never had such a bad cheese fondue, it was basically just milk with no flavor and terrible sides; breakfast was so unappealing that we chose not to eat it there; given the price and the lodge’s claim, we expected far more in terms of structure, comfort, and food, so it’s impossible to consider this a five‑star experience.

Café da manhã bem gostoso, produtos diferenciados e de ótima qualidade. Chalé espaçoso, muito confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso. Equipe de funcionários muito prestativa, atenciosa, educada e acolhedora. Jantamos 1 noite no restaurante da pousada e os pratos estavam muito bons. Dono da pousada (Sr Américo) sempre presente, muito simpático e solicito. Não conseguimos usar muito a estrutura de lazer pois estava chovendo. Mas parece ser vem estruturada. Foram muito cuidadosos e atenciosos em preparar um bolo de aniversário para o meu marido (estava delicioso). A pousada é muito bonita, tem uma trilha sonora bastante agradável na recepção e restaurante, bastante privacidade nos chalés. A pousada ainda não possui carregador para carro elétrico (possui uma tomada mas para o nosso carro não deu certo). Não foi um problema nem influenciou em nada a nossa estadia (tem carregadores no shopping Locanda na cidade de Itaipava) mas fica a dica para uma aquisição futura
