“Nice hotel, great area”

The hotel is in a good location, close to several restaurants and museums, short walk to the train. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel is clean and well kept. There was trouble with two of the three elevators during my stay, which was only a problem when large groups came in. One morning breakfast was served late because the chef didn’t come in

“Wyjątkowy hotel, pobyt wyjątkowo udany.”

Podobało mi się wszystko. Czystość, bardzo pomocna obsługa, obłędny widok z okna, wygodne łóżko, czajnik w pokoju, klimatyzacja, bliskość do dworca kolejowego przystanków, cicha okolica, można podziwiać z okna latające samoloty. Smaczne śniadania w przytulnej części hotelu śniadania i dla wegan dla niewegan, bar na parterze obok recepcji. Dobre połączenie z lotniskiem i stadionem na koncerty

“Low quality”

0. After the long flight and with 1year old kid in my hands the hotel informed me that the fully prepaid room I booked is not available. The reason was the broken pipe. Which I highly doubt. My recommendation to the management is to use actively the communication channels that guests provide you. And to inform in advance of your being unable to provide the service. In common words to call or to send the email to the guest before they arrive to you at 1am with tired and screaming kid
