I liked the location—quiet neighborhood, close to what I needed—but the place was dirty. The floor was filthy, the room smelled bad, and the sheets stank. I had to put my T‑shirt on the pillows because the pillows were also smelly. I was lucky to have a sheet I usually use for traveling, so I used it to cover the bed. There was no blackout curtain, so we woke up with the sun on our faces. The complimentary breakfast was so bad it might as well not have been served.

I need urgent help with a reservation for today, 22/09 – Confirmation: 5451665047. I arrived at the address listed in the booking and found no house, lodge, or any establishment matching the advertised accommodation. I also tried calling the phone number provided, but no one answered. I had already paid 50% of the reservation fee in advance. I was at the location and there was nothing at the address given. I would like Booking to investigate immediately and let me know how we can resolve this, including the possibility of a full refund of the amount already paid. I await your urgent response.
