Big room with excellent utensils. Large apartment, lots of space. Lift not working

“NO VALE LO QUE COBRAN”

The bed is large. The photos in the listing had nothing to do with the room we were assigned. In fact, we were housed in a building separate from the hotel. The room was very average. That part of the hotel was poorly maintained, with clutter in the hallways and needed an update. Frankly, the price we paid was outrageous for what we received.

“Room nice and well equipped with exception of WiFi and squeaky door”

Great location for the highway to Banff, etc. Restaurants all in the area are good. Bathroom door very squeaky, Wi‑Fi mostly non‑existent, room not the best as per photos.

The place scored A+++ for location, A+++ for cleanliness, and A for comfort—the bed was amazing, though the room felt very cold and sterile yet was efficient and tidy. The staff were a B‑, generally efficient, but one morning I couldn’t reach the front desk to get more coffee delivered because they don’t provide daily room service in the annex building. The shower was seriously the most amazing ever: big, clean, and 15/10 for water pressure. The only downside was the Keurig in our room: there were not enough pods, and I couldn’t get the front desk to send more; there was no coffee service in the lobby. That coffee issue was extremely frustrating, but otherwise the stay was wonderful.
