Franco, the owner, was extremely helpful and very kind. I really liked the location because the property is close to bus stops and the Metromare. The room is inside the owners’ apartment: honestly, I hadn’t noticed this detail from the listing. I felt my privacy respected, but it seemed right to point it out because accessing the room requires passing through their entrance and living room, so I felt a bit uneasy returning late at night for fear of disturbing them. They didn’t mention it, but it’s clearly something to consider when booking. The room was fairly clean, but some services were missing, such as soaps (there was only a small sample of shampoo and a hand soap) and the floor was a bit dusty. I also asked for a hairdryer, which was listed as available, but it was barely usable because it was very old. It would help to list the available services correctly so guests can plan what to bring before arriving.
