The staff are friendly, enthusiastic and caring; when I arrived very hot they gave me a drink, but the soundproofing outside the room is not very good, so I could hear a lot of noise from the street.

At first there was a small problem: the bed was defective. We received a different, much nicer room as a replacement. The breakfast was very good and varied, and the staff were very friendly and competent, especially the owner.

The room was spacious, the staff were very friendly, they sang to the birthday girl right after arrival and arranged a birthday cake—everything was arranged quickly and attentively. It was sometimes a bit noisy in the morning, mainly because of other guests on the hallway, and the sidewalk/entrance was broken, making the entrance a bit messy, which the staff could not fix. Breakfast food was a bit drier if you arrive later.
