There was a wide selection of breakfast food and dishes. However, there were pieces of cracked floor, a dirty pool, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean.

I never liked anything about this room; it was so filthy that I left within an hour. The only bright spot was the instant refund. Every shelf was dust‑laden, dishes were dirty, the washing machine had damp sheets and towels washed together, the bathroom mat had a blood droplet, the toilet contained fecal residue, the bed was covered in hair and fur, pillows were dirty, the duvet cover was unclean, and the little pool was a stagnant, mold‑covered puddle. The glass shelves were dusty, and the stone around the bed was completely dusty. Moreover, the hot‑spray pool had a timer, so you could only use it one or two times a day if you had courage and the anti‑tetanus, and only with the owner’s agreement. For Wi‑Fi you had to remind the owner to send the access details. I found the person running this studio to be utterly incompetent in the field, inattentive to basic rules and, above all, to cleanliness that should never be missing. The price‑quality ratio was awful.

The property is very characterful and welcoming; inside you feel at peace and serene, the street and the interior both exude tranquility, and the bathtub is the cherry on top!

The accommodation met our expectations. Valentina was always present and responded quickly to our requests. The amenities were great, including the small pool. The only drawbacks were the lack of storage for a longer stay and no drying rack for laundry.

The owner was very helpful, and the building is modern and elegant. The bath water was a bit too hot, but you get used to it; in summer it’s best to talk to the owner and ask to lower the temperature, otherwise it’s excellent.
