“部屋タイプ変更の問い合わせについて”

The front desk and breakfast staff had a pleasant attitude, and the bath felt refreshing and good value. I could only book a smoking room, so I asked the booking site to change it to non‑smoking, but received no reply. When I checked with the hotel, they said they had no record of that request and that no changes could be made. On the day of arrival, I asked the front desk again and they happily switched my room. The phone operator, however, was not very friendly, which was disappointing.

Even though I arrived late, there was a place where I could eat, so I didn't have to worry too much. The hallway played music all day, and even at night the music didn't stop, so the sound drifted into my room.
