I had a bad experience. I booked the property for two people, but the hotel team said they had sent a confirmation for one person. I showed the confirmation I received, but they disagreed. I also contacted Mr. Tarek R’s agent, who confirmed my booking for two people and said he had emailed the property, yet the issue remained unresolved. In the end I paid an extra Rs.600 to the hotel.

The rooms were clean. They promised free breakfast, but the hotel refused to provide it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. However, the room was a bit cramped and the bathroom was a bit of a challenge to get to, with a high step that could be a tripping hazard. On top of that, the hotel didn't have a restaurant, which was a bit of a letdown.
