“Great hotel”
Very friendly staff, lovely hotel and pool. We appreciated the packed breakfast and coffee for our early flight!

The hotel’s proximity to Mumbai International Airport is convenient, particularly for transit stays. The staff were courteous. We also appreciated the management’s responsiveness in addressing our concerns, including their gesture of waiving the airport transfer charges. The overall experience fell short of expectations, especially considering the room tariff of approximately ₹14,600 for one night. The room quality and ambience did not quite reflect the premium standards expected from a Marriott property. More disappointing was the poorly coordinated airport pickup. Despite receiving confirmed driver and vehicle details in advance, the actual arrangements were different, causing considerable inconvenience after a long international flight with our family. Although management subsequently addressed the issue, better coordination and attention to detail are essential

I love the hotel's location, staff, breakfast practically everything. Have been staying here since last 10-12 years. You call room dining from your room most of the time it was busy had to call reception most time. But possibly due to high occupancy traffic

Nahe am Flughafen gelegen, sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service, alles sauber, Zimmer ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Keine Beanstandungen

It is a good location in Mumbai, close to the airport. The room was comfortable, the bathroom is excellent. Additionally, the reception area is beautiful. It was a bit noisy in the room, from a 5-star hotel I expect more sound-proofing
