The staff are lovely! The location is great too, close to the sunset side and the harbor side. Compared to other overpriced hotels, it’s definitely worth it. Nothing else.

The restaurant’s breakfast was very pleasant and the service was very warm.

I was told to contact the hotel for a full refund that had been agreed upon. I sent them the correspondence and they lied. Avoid this hotel.

Nothing good – everything was very dirty, the air conditioning didn’t work so we didn’t stay, we were there less than 30 minutes and left, and they haven’t refunded us.

People don’t stay there; the washrooms are very dirty and they don’t even provide a water bottle.
