Excellent location with several nearby metro lines, the best one 5 minutes from the property to Times Square and Rockefeller Center in 20 minutes! All staff are very kind and helpful. Second time at this hotel, hope for a third soon.

Highlight the staff's friendliness. Well connected to Manhattan by subway, close to shops and supermarkets. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Had free coffee, tea and water available, plus a microwave and tables for meals. Our room had slightly torn curtains, letting light in early at dawn, and some noise at night due to New York's loudness, but it wasn't a big issue.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable, with a very cozy bed, and the view of the Queensboro Bridge was lovely. The surrounding area, however, was not great.

The property was stunning, the tubs were amazing, and the balcony offered an exquisite view. Unfortunately, there was no seating on the balcony.
