The personal service and central location were great.

Breakfast was superb, and the location is very central and convenient for transport, but nearby construction and road closures make the streets not properly accessible.

The central spot and the pool were nice, yet the breakfast feels mediocre for the price; in the bathroom the shower area has black patches that are mold, which I have mentioned several times already.

Very close to the shopping precinct. There is a renovation going on which really impacts the entrance and the amenity. The rooms are very small and cramped and for a five star hotel, the lack of things like a Nespresso machine is hard to understand. All in all, a pretty disappointing stay
