The accommodation was great, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. Just note that the bar only takes cash, and the nearest ATM is a few minutes away, so bring cash if you plan to drink.

The room had a recent high‑standard decor, comfortable and quiet even on a busy Friday night at the pub. Our restaurant reservation wasn’t passed on to the staff, the shower had no hot water at 8 am, and there was no number to contact the staff about this.

The location is close to some brilliant walks and a lovely pub downstairs with decent food.

The place was close to everything we wanted, but the room felt very tiny and squishy.
