The hotel is conveniently situated near an Albertsons grocery, a Dutch Brothers, and a Texas Roadhouse restaurant; it was very clean, the staff were friendly, but the bed was very firm—uncertain if all rooms share the same bed, which might suit some but not me; otherwise, I’d almost give it a perfect score.

“Dirty hotel that needs a though clean, Road noise, plenty of other hotels in St George.”

The bed was comfy, but the freeway noise was a real nuisance; moving from a higher to a lower floor helped a bit. The building feels old and dirty—fly nets on the windows are ripped, extractor fans are rust‑stained, and the reception area could use a thorough sweep and a bucket of water. The elevator is also grimy. In the room, the fridge had towels inside because the freezer wasn’t working and melted water was everywhere. I was excited to use the pool and hot tub, but they were filthy with debris at the bottom.

“A bust”

Apparently you don’t realize this place is being torn down, so we had to drive several miles to another motel for the night. I was expecting a hotel room, breakfast, and the usual amenities, but none of that was available.
