“Did not look or feel like a 4-star hotel”

We were disappointed by our stay; the breakfast fell short, and the room looked nothing like the photos on the app, with poor maintenance. We also didn’t realize that Belcourt and Bel Hotel are separate locations, so our large group got split up. The room wasn’t clean, and the towels were in bad condition, so it didn’t feel like a 4‑star hotel at all.

“Disapppointed Stay”

The area has shops around, like Starbucks and Circle K, but the hotel itself was much older than the photos suggested. Cleanliness was lacking, with stained bedsheets and cramped, dated bathrooms. The breakfast was underwhelming, the food didn’t taste fresh, and overall the property seemed poorly maintained and didn’t meet expectations.

“Lange nicht so ein schlechtes Hotelzimmer gesehen”

The front desk and housekeeping staff were really friendly, and the view from the window was nice. But, the bathroom was a mess - dirty tiles, mold, and old stains everywhere. The room smelled like sewage, and the bed sheets and towels were ancient. And don't even get me started on the breakfast - it was a real letdown. I'd say look elsewhere unless you're desperate for the location.

The staff were really nice, but that's about where the positives end. The rooms and breakfast were a letdown - the sheets and towels were discolored, the toilet was clogged (on our last day, thankfully!), and the breakfast was flavorless despite having plenty of options.

“Good”

The location was spot on and it was really affordable, but the breakfast options got a bit repetitive - same old thing every day. Still, it was a good value for the price.
