The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable; the king suite was huge! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with many options. Parking was a little tight and the street was very busy.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very nice and helped us keep the same room when we added an extra night. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The lady who welcomed me was very friendly and offered to move my room from the top to the bottom, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was top notch. Absolutely nothing else was wrong. Best hotel to stay at in HOT SPRINGS.

We booked the family suite, which was very spacious and came with full room amenities and plenty of towels for everyone. The check‑in staff were nice and helpful. The food quality and variety were very good, better than many U.S. chain hotels in the same price range. However, the breakfast staff were rude; we had many family members with us, a few of whom came down a bit close to the buffet closing time. They complained loudly and refused to serve us certain menu items even though the food was on the tray right in front of them. Though it was advertised as a buffet, they set it up in a canteen style where the staff made the plates for you.
