The staff were super attentive and the ladies always smiling; it was a real treat to be welcomed like that. The downside was the party in the bars on the square beneath the hotel that went on until 3 a.m. on Friday nights.

“Un buon weekend”

The central location and the tidy room were definite pluses, and the staff were genuinely kind, even giving me directions to a free parking spot (the former Enel lot) just 5 minutes on foot from the hotel. Breakfast was really good and complete, and a special thank you to the lady who runs the breakfasts—she was a gem, kind, and quickly picked up my morning routine of two macchiato coffees spaced 15 minutes apart. The only negatives were the dated room décor, the lack of a proper wardrobe, and the tiny bathroom sink that made washing a hassle and caused water to spill onto the floor.

Great location, excellent breakfast, and friendly, welcoming staff. The bathroom was very small and the sink was tiny.

“Schöner Aufenthalt am Gardasee”

The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a few metres from Lake Garda and the promenade. The staff were wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed my short holiday. On weekends it was quite noisy despite the windows and blinds being closed, mainly because of the mopeds and the bar; it calmed down again after Sunday.
