Being perched at the top of the Spanish Steps gave the place a great location, and the staff provided very personal service.

The location is amazing and the staff were spectacular. Nothing else to add.

This is a super hotel with top service and top location. The rooftop terrace is especially worth mentioning, where you can dine with a beautiful view of Rome. On the downside, it’s not exactly cheap, but it’s worth the money; however, it’s hard to understand why you have to pay extra for an omelette or fried eggs at breakfast, and the selection of cold cuts could be more varied—though that’s a very high‑level complaint.

Hassler is fantastic, probably one of the best hotels in Rome, definitely better than Eden. It’s now my go‑to in the Eternal City. Location, facilities, staff, everything is super.
