Everything was meticulously detailed and the finishes were high quality. The location offers a tranquil sea view. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows. However, we found the bathroom surprisingly small. When we first entered the room, a strong detergent smell made our eyes water. After reporting it to the kind Eva, the cleaning staff removed the detergent and the issue resolved. The breakfast could be more varied; for all five mornings we had to request a fruit to avoid eating only oranges or apples. The dessert selection stayed the same throughout our stay, with only apple pie, plum cake, and a cream dessert available.

A beautiful modern hotel only 4 km from the Monemvasia Castle Rock, with clean, spacious, nicely furnished rooms and great service from arrival to departure; I see no reason to stay in the small, old, hard‑to‑reach, expensive hotels inside the castle that they call “authentic.” We enjoyed a fantastic view of the castle rock and the sea and visited the castle on schedule, so I definitely recommend this nice place.
