Kokol Haven Resort, a 3-star property, is located in Kota Kinabalu, 15 km from Filipino Market Sabah and 11 km from Likas City Mosque. The resort features guest rooms with flat-screen satellite TVs, private bathrooms, and air conditioning. Some rooms have balconies and desks. Amenities include a children's playground and hiking opportunities nearby. The resort is 16 km from Oceanus Waterfront Mall and 19 km from Kota Kinabalu International Airport.

The view was very beautiful. The resort smells like cat urine.

The view is stunning, especially at sunset, giving one of Kota Kinabalu’s best panoramic sights, and the food is decent though a bit pricey; however, the family room’s narrow, steep stairs to the upper level are risky at night and the air‑conditioner upstairs isn’t functioning well.

The air was cool and breezy, but the restaurant is below average with many dishes missing, mediocre taste, and it closes at 8.30 pm; the hotel itself shuts down at 9 pm with no other activities, and TV reception is poor.

The air is very fresh, but please kill the mosquitoes… also provide a 220‑volt universal adapter in the room.
