We stayed in Rome for 5 days, so the location was perfect! A bus stops right in front of the building, there's an elevator, and a small grocery shop nearby. If you want convenience, this is the right spot to stay. Overall, everything was perfect! However, the air conditioning is charged separately and per day.

The hotel is close to the station and sits above an excellent Italian restaurant. The staff were willing to hold our luggage, and the young man who handled our check‑in was courteous even though his Italian was not perfect. The phone in the room worked and they cleaned the room every day. The mattresses were too soft, there was dust under the floor, and the floor was generally dusty. The door didn’t block outside noise, so we heard several sounds. The bathroom was cramped, the tap had no water pressure, and the shower had mold. They cancelled our reservation a few days before arrival and I had to rebook with an extra 20 euros; I told the booking manager and he shrugged, telling me to talk to Booking. I’ve worked in hotels for 5 years and know the industry; they could have handled this better and told Booking that we had been undercharged and that they were paying less commission. The room was small, had no fridge, and we discovered at checkout that there was a shared kitchen. Check‑in communication was poor.

Everything was professional and good. The room was large, the private bathroom was nice, and it was comfortable.

Breakfast wasn’t included, but due to hygiene issues it was better not to have it. If you enjoy noisy, bustling, party nights, this is a good choice. A bus stops at the gate and the train station is also close. There were serious hygiene problems. The shared kitchen was disgusting and unappetizing, and the bathroom was very shabby.

I liked the design and décor. The water pressure was strong, and sometimes the water came out a bit too hard, which could feel uncomfortable or even slightly painful.
