The location was good. The room was delivered dirty and we had to call for a cleaning. It was incomplete, and we had to request towels. The service felt sloppy.

The proximity to Tarapoto’s center was great. The photos gave me higher expectations than the reality.

The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of breads, yogurt, fruit, cereals, tacacho, and more; it left you very satisfied for the morning. The intense city heat was countered by the room’s air conditioning, which gave a cool, calm feeling perfect for watching a series or a movie.

The location and friendly staff were positives. The pool needed more maintenance; there were leaves, feathers, and flies in the water, and the surrounding area was neglected with a slight odor. The air conditioning was loud, old, and didn’t distribute cool air evenly throughout the room.
