The hotel is a 5‑minute walk from Kyoto station. The staff were very polite and attentive, and they helped us arrange luggage forwarding to the next hotel. Coffee machines and other accessories can be requested free of charge. The reception hosts an exhibition where you can see them.

Everything impressed me: a peaceful spot in a busy area with great sound insulation, just a three‑minute walk to Aeon and close to the station. The employees were warm and helpful, and the lobby lets guests borrow a speaker, a baking tray and even a fascia gun. In the room we found a Bermuda oven, microwave and fridge, making it perfect for families or friends who want to cook or bring take‑out back to the room. Having only to go nearby for laundry was the sole inconvenience for a family, but it didn’t spoil the overall comfort, and I’ll definitely suggest this place to anyone visiting Kyoto and choose it again myself ❤️.

The location is fantastic—quiet despite being in the middle of the hustle, and the soundproofing works well. The staff were friendly and eager to help, and the room came equipped with a Bermuda oven and a microwave. The lobby lets you borrow high‑quality items, which was a nice touch, so I’d definitely recommend it.

The spot is great and the price‑performance ratio is excellent, plus the Taiwanese front‑desk staff greeted us warmly.
