Davide gave an exceptional welcome, was very friendly, offered great tips for tours and parking, and prepared beautiful breakfasts. It was a pleasure chatting and exchanging ideas with him. The room is excellent with a good bed, and the location is convenient—not far by car. Nothing to complain about—everything was perfect!

A wonderful spot surrounded by nature, just a 10‑minute drive from La Spezia. We loved the peace and quiet, the mountain views, the cozy rustic‑style rooms, and the superb homemade breakfasts. Most of all, David and his family’s exceptional warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

What impressed us most was the owners’ exceptional friendliness and hospitality. The host was incredibly helpful, offering plenty of useful tips for visiting Cinque Terre and Pisa. The house sits in the middle of a forest, surrounded by beautiful nature with stunning views, and we could even hear wild boars nearby, adding to the special, nature‑close feel. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and escape everyday life. The location is excellent for exploring the surrounding area. The only caveat is that the final stretch of the private road to the accommodation is quite narrow for a van like ours, but it’s still passable. We would definitely recommend this place, especially for the warm hosts, breathtaking views, and peaceful surroundings. A truly wonderful spot to rest and recharge! The building and furnishings are old, but that didn’t bother us at all—we appreciate the charm of older properties. A bit more attention to cleanliness would have made the stay even better.

It was one of the best two days I spent in Italy. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and generous, which made the stay even more special. The place was very peaceful and calm, perfect for anyone who wants to relax, enjoy nature, and escape the noise and stress of the city. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it
