“Digusting, and worst experience EVER”

We arrived to find our reserved King‑NONSMOKING room had been given to someone else, so we were offered either a smoking room or a two‑queen room; after a 12‑hour drive we accepted the two‑queen room. The fridge was leaking immediately, the bathroom had hair and crumbs in the tub and sink, the floors were dirty, dust was everywhere, and the microwave was nasty. We were exhausted, but when we went to bed we pulled the covers back and found old grime smeared on them; the other bed had stains and crumbs as if the sheets hadn’t been changed since the last guest. After taking pictures for 15 minutes we asked for a refund, and the man became rude, telling me not to speak because I’m a woman, calling us crack heads, claiming we had sex and pooped in the bed, and pretending to call the cops, making us wait 45 minutes before admitting he lied. I left because I was heated and had to find another hotel; my fiancé stayed, and he later said he was actually calling the cops, though I don’t know if he ever did. We never received a refund.

“This is one of the grossest places to stay in Little Rock. The staff is condescending to certain people because they fee”

There’s a bit to like about this place, especially the staff, but the rooms were dirty, had used towels and pillows, bugs, barely working air‑conditioning, and were noisy.

I love this place. We haven’t had power since 7:30 pm last night and it could be another 5 hours, so we’re looking at almost 15 hours or more without electricity.
