Special thanks to Mr. Santhosh, the Hotel General Manager, for his exceptional care, personal attention, and outstanding hospitality, which made our stay truly memorable; we didn’t find anything significant to dislike, and overall we had a wonderful stay with excellent hospitality and personalized service.

The location, heritage look, breakfast, and staff support are good, but there were problems with Wi‑Fi, the light control was malfunctioning, and the check‑in time was inconvenient.

The ambience is spacious, but the old linens and bath towels were disappointing, and the room needs renovation or painting.

The location was very convenient, but it would be great if the breakfast offered more options for non‑Indian guests, such as two or three additional English items like sausages, mixed veggies, boiled or poached eggs, omelette, etc.
