The location is great. The landlord helped with early check‑in and was very friendly. The apartment is pretty. There are two separately rented bedrooms with a shared living area and kitchen that we barely used because we don’t go to shared spaces in pajamas to get coffee – it’s not a shared flat. There’s no balcony and stone stairs to the second floor.

The agency kept us in the loop via WhatsApp, explaining how to grab the keys for self‑check‑in. We were a family of four, so two couples filled the entire flat, sharing the kitchen and lounge. The spot in Bergamo is unbeatable. I personally dislike having strangers in the living room and kitchen, but each room had its own private ensuite and separate key.

Location and room cleanliness were solid. The AC was noisy, the room lacked curtains, and there was no elevator across the three floors.
