Breakfast was barely acceptable but the location was excellent. The staff didn’t show up on the second day, the elevator broke and no one notified us or put a sign on the door, donuts were stale so I had to go to the front desk for clean towels, and the bathroom fan was intermittent.

The outside was disgusting and dirty, with dirt and black everywhere on the doors and walls.

We met the front‑desk lady when we checked in, and she was not polite, making us feel like a nuisance. The Jacuzzi was out of order, and the sign saying “out of order” was written in crayon; when we asked her, she claimed she had no idea and just repeated what the sign said. Despite that, the room itself was clean.

The location was great and the staff were helpful, but the place felt a bit worn in some areas and there were stains in the bathroom.
