The service was very friendly and dedicated to solving problems quickly. The hotel is nice, but the street smelled bad because of its location at the far end of the pier, giving a feeling of insecurity or discomfort trying to get through the adjacent streets.

Rooms were very clean, the staff at the kitchen, reception and housekeeping were super, breakfast was delicious and they let you store luggage after check‑out.

The place looks great and the staff are very attentive. Breakfast is delicious. However, the water system in the area is poor, there are dangerous zones around, and overall the city smells bad.
