Located on the crescent of Craignure Bay, the Isle of Mull Hotel and Spa offers breathtaking views of Morvern and the west coast. The bedrooms were comfortable and warm, and the spa and deck were great. We brought our mother along, and there were quite a few stairs to her bedroom—two flights down—so a lift would have been useful.

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect. Condensation on the single‑glazed window blurred the beautiful sea view, and the duvet was too heavy and hot—two single duvets would have been better.

The walk to the town centre is dotted with artworks, and the bus stop is nearby.

Breakfast is always excellent, and the staff go the extra mile to meet your needs – that really matters. I’ve been coming for years and always look forward to the next visit. Great job, Team IOM! 👍 I wish the room had a small fridge for light soft drinks and a variety of snacks, though I do enjoy the tunnocks teacakes! 😋
