The lobby was pretty, the staff were friendly, and the rooms looked nice. Parking was just average, but everything else was fine.

George town 市中心区, the restaurants were convenient and offered many options. The noise from the air‑conditioner’s outdoor unit was a bit loud at night, and the shower head in the bathroom was old, only spraying from the ceiling.

I stayed in a spacious room with a great shower and convenient car parking, and the location was walkable to nearby spots. The room was quiet as well. However, the night shift staff were not very helpful; they told me there were no available rooms for the next days if I wanted to extend, yet the app showed I could book them.
