The subway station was a three‑station walk away, which was very convenient, and I could walk to Myeongdong. The location was great. The room was well cleaned. When I returned to the hotel at night, there was vomit on the front entrance stairs that hadn’t been cleaned yet. The interior was clean, but the front entrance, which is the face of the hotel, was dirty, which was disappointing.

The staff were courteous and kind. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

I liked how convenient it was to get around. We could take the free shuttle bus or even walk to Gwangjang Market nearby. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport as well with the airport limousine service about a 2‑minute walk from the hotel. This would be my third time staying here, and it has been an amazing one each time.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff spoke three languages fluently, so they could handle any foreign guest. The convenience store and station are close by, and you can use two different lines. There were no problems at all.
