The hotel’s central location made getting around a breeze, the rooms were spacious, and Thuỷ, the housekeeping staff member, was incredibly attentive, enthusiastic, and professional—spotlessly clean and genuinely caring. Five stars for her service.

The hotel sits right next to a park and several restaurants, making it super convenient. No complaints.

The location is close to the city center. The bathroom, however, doesn’t drain properly.

The hotel is excellent, with beautifully cleaned rooms refreshed daily. The staff are attentive and very helpful. When I had a transportation issue, the front desk immediately arranged an alternative bus that same day. The rates are reasonable and the hotel is in the downtown core with all shops nearby. It’s fantastic. The only downside was a slight issue with the room’s air conditioning.
