The location was convenient with easy transport options and a nice walking area, breakfast was good, the staff were wonderful and very welcoming, and they let us check in earlier than expected, which we appreciated; a special thanks to Jane, the lovely young lady at the front desk, for her kindness and excellent service.

The location was great, but the beds were very uncomfortable and there was no kettle in the room.

The staff were responsive, the place was clean, and it was close to the station, but the shower was cramped.

Everything was very good. Communiction with the hotel about location, transport was very helpful. The hotel is located very near the Metro and only a short ride from the main train station, and about a ten/fifteen ride to Duomo Piazza- very convenient. The staff very friendly and helpful. My room was very good clean, comfortable- small but just right for a stay for a few days. Breakfast was good- pastries, coffee, juice. There are a few restaurants nearby. Everything was good
