“Great location. Phenomenal staff.”

The place sits in a great spot and the staff were phenomenal and very clean, but the hallway carried a weird scent.

The biggest perk was being able to use the rooftop pool & bar at the neighboring Vibra hotel, where live DJs played and sunsets were stunning; the staff were very nice and helpful, rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff were thorough. Breakfast was good, the fitness room offered a great ocean view, and bars and restaurants nearby were high quality—Cafe del Mar is close, though not my favorite, and there are many other good spots. The bus terminal is a 10‑15 minute walk and buses reach all key locations day and night. The only downside was the breakfast room getting too crowded at times with insufficient staff; the extra pancakes, omelettes, etc. were sometimes hidden and required asking, which was a minor inconvenience. There aren’t many sandy beaches nearby, but you can use the pool or visit the rocky beaches instead.

The staff were amazing, especially Alicia, and everyone else was really helpful; nothing to complain about.

The staff were brilliant and very caring, though the breakfast croissants were a bit dry; the location is very central and therefore a bit noisy outside, which is expected.
