Nothing. First, I went to shower and found no towels; I raised the issue and was told someone would bring a towel that Tuesday, but I didn’t get one. I messaged again and was told to take one from the dryer in the kitchen, but there was no dryer. I messaged again and was told someone would bring a towel, but again no one appeared. I stopped asking because I shouldn’t have to keep asking. Second, I went to the kitchen to cook and discovered there were no knives, no forks, no bowls or plates to eat from.

I never even got to stay there because they cancelled my reservation on the day we were traveling, claiming overbooking. We had booked almost a month ahead for an event, so they left us stranded on the day of the event and we still haven’t received a refund, forcing us to double‑pay for last‑minute accommodation elsewhere.
