Sales y and you’re on Gran Vía, great for walking. We arrived late because our flight was delayed, but the reception was smooth and the gentleman was very friendly. The room was medium-sized but cozy, the shower was in our room, and the shared bathroom never caused any issues. I would definitely come back.

Our experience was excellent! The location is perfect, close to everything, with easy access to Madrid’s main sights, shops, restaurants, and public transport. The room was very comfortable, extremely clean and super fragrant, which made our stay even more pleasant. The staff were also very attentive, polite and helpful, always ready to assist. Everything was perfect and met our expectations. We definitely recommend it and would stay again! ❤️

The location is excellent, the room and comfort are also exceptional. It’s not very noisy for the place it’s in, just a few steps from Gran Vía… There were things that could have been improved, but overall everything pleased us. The dryer was missing and there was no fan in our room.
