The staff were available and helpful. The shower was broken, and more importantly, the electrical outlets were ripped out, dangerous for children! The front door was forced open, making it difficult to open and close.

The location and staff are definitely positives, as is the ease of parking the car and the favorable prices. The breakfast was only savory and the room was not in the best condition.

The hotel sits in a pleasant area right next to a park where you can stroll, and the breakfast was decent while the staff were friendly. The room was roomy, but the property could use a touch of refurbishment, especially the bathroom, and the spa’s functionality is unclear since we didn’t get any recommendations from the staff. For the price, it’s a reasonable choice.

We were pleasantly surprised; we booked in this small town before heading to Durmitor. The welcome was great, and the location was perfect for departure. The hotel is simple, clean, and quiet.

The staff were courteous, but we endured many inconveniences due to the poor service at this place. Despite the kind staff, the building was filthy: the bathroom, toilet, interior, and toilet base were covered in unsanitary feces, the toilet area was sprayed with urine, the mop used to clean the toilet was full of fecal matter, the sheets were dirty with hair and other stains, the pillow covers had holes and spots, the carpet was heavily soiled and dusty, the walls were damp, and there was a bad odor as if the bathroom had only been rinsed with water without soap or detergent. Shoes were left at the door as if we were in a mosque. The worst part was that we couldn’t shower in the room because there was no hot water. An unforgettable experience—do not recommend.
