The hotel sits in a perfect spot, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, and the spa is a nice extra. The catch was that we were in an annex, while breakfast and the spa are located in the main building.

Breakfast & location were excellent. No Private changing cubicles or baskets for used towels in changing rooms

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely. I stayed in a family room that had a superking and a separate proper single bed, making the beds very comfortable and the room spacious. The only disappointment was the lack of disabled parking spaces; there were many EV spots but not a single disabled spot.

The pool was great and the breakfast had plenty of tasty options. My room was clean, the bed comfy, and the bathroom tidy. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. The downside was the noise from the road next to the room, and the shower only had a trickle of water with low pressure. The corridors looked worn out and neglected, and the pool changing room was cramped, offering just a wet floor to place items. A few light bulbs were out in the room.
