The area is nice, but we were terribly disappointed. We brought a church youth group for a conference and chose this hotel expecting a welcoming, professional setting. From 3:00 to 11:00 p.m., the manager made us feel uncomfortable right away, repeatedly singling out our group and making us feel targeted. The most humiliating moment was when he shouted at me across the lobby in front of students, other guests, and other church groups. That was unprofessional and unnecessary. We respect hotel policies and teach our students to be respectful, yet this manager failed to communicate respectfully. We spent a lot of money hoping for quality, but left feeling unwelcome, embarrassed, and frustrated. Management should take this seriously and address the manager’s behavior so future guests, especially student groups, receive the respect and professionalism they deserve.

“Pesima”

Nothing pleased me. The room had no air conditioning, we pointed it out and were given another room that was even worse, not cleaned properly, and lacked sufficient towels. The receptionist was in a bad mood, always on her phone, never attentive, and answered reluctantly.

“Me and my family had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!”

Everything was amazing—the staff, the room, breakfast, and pool were spectacular! The only gripe is that the beds are too firm for my taste, but that’s a personal preference and didn’t affect my stay.

“Eric was the best thing about our stay....he was great.”

Breakfast was awful, tasteless, and very poor. Everything could have been better—eggs were cold, there was a variety but no flavor, and everything tasted packaged.
