The location is good and the beds are comfy, but the A/C and heater were noisy and unreliable, the screen door was broken and hard to use, the coffee maker looked dirty with hair and lint in the hot tub, and overall it was a bit chaotic.

Nice spot and the bedroom was comfortable, yet the breakfast was mediocre and the line was long.

The elevator and breakfast area are shared with the neighboring hotel, so using a cart meant going back and forth between the two buildings, navigating a cramped stairwell, and then returning to the room, and the shared breakfast room was very crowded in the morning.

The walk to downtown and the view of the beach were great perks. However, the bathroom was cramped, a flaw that cannot be fixed. Opening the patio door was difficult, there was no screen, and the mattresses felt very hard.
