We have stayed here a few times and keep coming back, which speaks volumes. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. Great location in the centre of Lytham. Nothing to add.

Fantastic trip. The huge family room had a great view and was very quiet. The evening meal was excellent and the breakfast super. Every staff member was very friendly.
