The staff were kind and the place was clean. Architecturally, I wasn’t impressed at all – it felt abandoned and like a humble building. I don’t think the classification it has is correct.

The location is on the roof, although it was smaller and more worn than expected. The room size was okay, but we were upgraded. Some rooms are small. The rooms look finer in the pictures; there’s some wear and more rooms on the ground floor. It turned out better than feared.

Staying at Palazzo Kapece felt like living with locals. The apartment is tucked into a charming, narrow street that leads to the seafront. It was very clean, beautifully rustic, and full of character. The staff were warm and welcoming, creating a lovely family vibe. A special touch was the owner greeting guests at breakfast and serving coffee and cappuccino – a truly personal and heartwarming gesture. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Palazzo Kapece to anyone looking for an authentic, welcoming experience in Monopoli.

“Quarto abafado, serviços fora do local da estadia.”

The hotel is in the historic center with easy access to attractions. The reception was complicated, with no bathroom and little attention. The room was stuffy, with dangerous and unnecessary niches.

Ottima struttura nel centro di Monopoli, a 5 minuti a piedi da tutto. Le stanze sono arredate con gusto e fornite di tutto il necessario. Staff gentilissimo e sempre pronto a farsi in 4 per venire incontro ad ogni esigenza. Ci torneremo sicuramente
